WIth Serco creating a growing management consultancy practice within its International BPO Division we are rapidly expanding into new international markets and the private sector, particularly in the UK, Middle East, India and Australia. We expect to increase this footprint greatly over the next 5 years.

To help us achieve this growth, Serco Consulting is currently looking for Consultants and Senior Consultants to join its core consulting team.

We are looking for high-calibre candidates who are keen to accelerate their career, bring a strong work ethic and want to commit to an organisation growing internationally.

Although based in central London, the following roles are likely to have both a UK and international element.
