The boutique human capital management firm, ER Consultants, acquired by Serco in December 2007, has been fully integrated into Serco Consulting's suite of offerings.

The integration leverages a broader base of expertise for ER's and Serco Consulting's clients, bringing the fundamentals of people assessment, management and development alongside productivity and process improvement techniques.

Chris Welford was appointed MD of ER Consultants in November 2010. He is a leading Human Capital Management specialist and has previously worked for large-scale HR firms. Chris has also built and run his own HR consultancy.

Blends psychological science, critical thinking and commercial pragmatism to help clients improve the way people respond to their working environment and release the discretionary effort that achieves business and personal goals.
